Sandalwood Amber

Hello!  I hope you are all having an amazing week! As we head on into the weekend I wanted to share my latest OBSESSION ! Like..... I don't think you guys understand how much I love this. I recently got a room fragrance spray from Antica Farmacista and I can't believe I've lived so long without buying one. I picked up the Sandalwood Amber which is a warmer scent. For those interested here are the notes:
Top:  Balkan Peony, Bergamot, Sicilian Lemon
Mid:  Lavender, African Violet, Cashmere Accord
Base: Tunisian Amber, Vanilla Bean, Sandalwood, Tobacco
I unexpectedly picked it up from FIORI Oakville, a  flower shop (who also happens to be Antica Farmacista's main distributor in the GTA) and was instantly hooked.  I know Sandalwood (and woodsy scents) tend to lean more on the masculine side in terms of fragrance.  And yes I would say it leans more masculine when you first spray but it, but it quickly disperses and evolves into a warm soft Amber with a hint of vanilla. It's very lovely, soft and complex.  The best way I can describe is that it's an old feminine scent without it being floral. Like a 1930s actress got ready and then walked out of the room and all that was left was her scent.
If you are not a fan of warm fragrances and prefer something fruity or floral, Antica Farmacista has TONS of difference fragrances. You could even have two, one for the warmer months and one for the cooler months, that would really help separate the seasons (oooh wait I kinda love that).

I have been looking for a room fragrance for a couple of months. I feel like it adds a little something to the atmosphere and almost creates an experience.  Like when you are getting ready for a big night out and you are surrounded but the scent of your perfume. I like to spray this when I was styling outfits, or filming videos, editing... basically if I am spending time extra time in a room I'll spray it lol. The scent is long lasting but its very soft and not overpowering. I honestly could't recommend it more !
