Coca Cola Summer

Whats better than a warm summer night ????  its been so warm here later and these warm summer nights have been lovely. I think I've seen way more sunsets this year than any other previous summer! Green Summer Dress

Growing up I was never a big fan of the colour green. But in the past few years i have fallen in love with it and I think its such a beautiful colour especially for the summer!  I got this dress during the quarantine and I finally took it out for a spin ! I love the scenery print and the mixture of green and white. Red and Blue Dress

If you haven't been following my videos on my youtube channel (Link here)  I've been having a lot of fun experimenting with vintage hair. it's been a journey for the past month of so of trying different things to see what works best for my hair. I haven't perfected it yet but I'm hoping cutting my hair next month will help take some weight off and give it a nicer shape. I'm not cutting TOO much length off at the back but I do want to shape it a bit to give it a more vintage 1940s feel. I've had a similar haircut for the past few years so I think a change would be nice. If you have any tips please let me know in the comments below! 

As for this outfit ! I've had this dress in my closet for a while now !  its from the Ian Drummond collection and its one of my favourites ! it actually comes with a matching little jacket but you'l have to wait for the fall to see it ! I paired the dress with blue accessories and a white flower clip in my hair (That I made myself!) 

Pink Dress by the Fountain

I've been enjoying spending time in new places this summer. I typically go on a trip in the summer but this year things are different and travelling isn't a safe option. I'm looking at taking little say trips to the surrounding towns to have a change of scenery and to enjoy the nice weather. so far its been a relaxing summer and I'm trying to make the most of it since we don't know what fall and the cold weather brings. They say it will lead to a second wave so I'm taking things as they go and finding pleasure in the little things, like spending the day by this grand fountain and flowers! This is one of my favourite dresses! it has such beautiful feminine details and the colour is lovely, I got it from RetrouverBizVintage on Etsy (Link here) I paired it with a matching pink pillbox hat and white accessories.  The perfect summer ensemble! Sailor Dress

It feels amazing to finally be able to leave the house and wonder around. I've mostly been spending my time going to antique markets searching for my next vintage find. But in the mornings and evenings I've been going for walks in the forest and by the water (as well as sunset bike rides). I'm trying to enjoy the nice weather as much as I can and its been my favourite part of the day. I've also spent a lot of time going through my closet and other belongings trying to have a cohesive collection of items I love ! and that make sense for my life, on a practical and visual level. I always feel better when I'm surrounded by things I find beautiful, thats why I've spent so long decorating my room!  The thrift store has been amazing over the past year and I've found so many great pieces that I wouldn't have otherwise found.  Make sure you guys keep up with my on my youtube channel (Link here) for more insight on my life.
