Ruffled sleeves

Ruffled sleeves is not something i would normally gravitate to, but i find that this summer vide sleeved tops have been in style. Take most of those off the shoulder shirts, they have a wide sleeve and as i am not a fan of off the shoulder tops i do think that they look nice on other people. When i saw this shirt in stores i was immediately drawn to the colour and pattern. But the first time i tried it on i didn't end up purchasing it because i felt like the sleeves were too wide for my small frame, but i kept thinking about it so i went back and got it ! (it's still in stores and now on sale!!)  i actually really love it which is unexpected because it is so not my style at all, but i guess life is too short to not experiment in fashion. of course i paired them with my beige strappy heels which you guys have seen countless times and some plain cream shorts. I wanted to keep everything minimal so the shirt could be the main focus. And look ! i am carrying a big purse ! This is a rare sighting, for the most part i always carry small purse (with the exception of backpacks) because i hate the frumpiness big bags can sometimes give. And of course it wouldn't be a Carolina outfit if didn't top it off with a bow headband. :)
