Plaid Tweed at Sorelle and Co

I recently went to the new Sorelle and Co cafe in Yorkville. It opened closer to the end of 2017 and I finally had a chance to go. The cafe itself was beautiful, with white walls and gold accents. I had a black coffee and a chocolate cupcake, which was served on the most beautiful french style plate. all of their food is gluten free, soy free, vegan and preservative free, something that I did not know about till after. I think that is a huge plus for anyone who has those types of food restrictions and I honestly couldn't tell the difference. As for my outfit I wore and all tweed-plaid look, starting with this cream coloured shift dress from Forever 21 that has these small pockets on the front with a black button detailing. Under the dress I just wore a simple black mock neck from Ardene to keep me a bit warmer. But I think the best part of the whole outfit is the tweed coat!  I recently got this coat from Metisu  and it is the Blue button placket check tweed coat (Link here). I love the shade of blue, its different from anything I own so I was very excited to add it to my collection. This was the perfect outfit to wear to the cafe, it matches the style perfectly. Something that I always try to do when going to a restaurant... or pretty much anywhere... is to try to match the aesthetic of the location I am going to, its really fun for me as well as I'm always photo ready if there is a chance to get a new instagram ;)  . Let me know what you guys think in the comments below!
