Chanel Coco Cafe

To give you guys a bit of a break from the constant outfit posts I wanted to share with you guys 

some pictures from Chanel's "Coco Cafe" pop-up shop. It's a little cafe at Holt Renfrew on Bloor Street! its a great way to look at their new collection and to even test them out while sipping on some coffee. There are so many new beautiful lip colours it was hard to not buy all of them, My favourite were the Rouge coco glosses ! The setting itself is so beautiful they really went all out to make it look absolutely perfect! There is a selfie wall and a cute vintage booth (perfect for pictures!) all of the tables have the products laid out on the tables so you are never far from the testing stations. You can even get your makeup and nails done.. its seriously girly heaven! The pop up shop is running from March 1st-March 26th so make sure you check it out if you are in the area! 

Light Pink Shearling

This jacket has been my newest obsession !  I recently got this shearling coat from Bershka and it is seriously so cozy and warm. Every inch of the lining is made out of this fuzzy (super soft) fur material! And the beautiful light pink colour is just a bonus! I decided to keep the whole look really light and paired it with other light pink colours. I am wearing this pleather skirt from forever 21, which matches the inside of the jacket perfectly! I wore a white knit sweater from H&M just to keep myself a little bit warmer which I layered it over this chiffon blouse that has pearls and other sparkly jewels on the collar. It is not quite warm enough to wear bare legs yet so I opted for these nude coloured lace tights which I don't really get to wear too often so I was happy to be able to pull them out of my drawer. To finish the look off I grabbed these round lens sunglasses from Aerie which have a nude frame. I don't know why I've been realy into sunglasses lately, I used to never wear them or buy them, but lately I feel so gravitated towards them. I've bought a few this past month. Fur Stole My Heart

You know how I've been mentioning the start of the warmer weather... well its been a little bit colder the past few days which is upsetting.... but it also allows for me to be able to wear some of my (faux) fur pieces that I didn't get a chance to wear. For this look I am wearing this long bright red coat which has definitely been one of my most worn pieces this season, the colour is amazing and it matches with practically anything. I paired with a simple all black outfit underneath, Black high waited pants and this sheer polka dot shirt. I think we can all agree that the main point of the outfit is the stole, I have been on the hunt for a long (faux) fur stole since the winter started, I knew I wanted it to be unusual and dramatic so that it would be the focal point of the outfit. When I saw this one in stores I knew I had found it ! I love the black and white stripes,  and I mean you can't go wrong with white black and red! And as a bonus this stole actually keeps you really warm which is great in the Canadian weather.

With the sudden changes in weather my skin is really suffering and I have to constantly reapply moisturizer which is a struggle and basically impossible when you already have makeup on.  I wish there was some sort of mist spray that moisturized but didn't ruin your makeup.... if any of you know of something like this please let me know! But anyway enough about that lol as a little update on my life I went to two fashion shows last night for FashionCAN one of them was UNTTLD  F/W17 and the other was Rudsak F/W 17 which was so much fun ! and the collections were beautiful ! if you want to see what I wore make sure you check out my instagram, link here

Pink Marshmallow

It feels so great to be pulling out lighter colours from my closet! I've been stuck in a dark colour palette for the winter with the occasional pop of colour. With the warm weather approaching I am startling to pull lighter colours here and there. I've been obsessed with this pink fur coat since I bought it, its a statement piece without being too overpowering.  I paired it with a white ribbed shirt that has a bit of a ruffle on the neck and plain black high waisted shorts. I also wore polka dot fishnet tights which i've been loving lately ! Fishnets have been all over the place lately and I think they are so much fun and can work well with so many outfits ! To top the look off I wore a black cabby hat with braids which is something I've been wearing a lot since the start of the fall. Black and White Shearling Coat

Shearling coats were all the rage outside New York Fashion week. I've been obsessed with this black and white coat since the moment I saw it, I love that its not the typical camel and white because it makes it a bit more unique and interesting. I got this coat a few weeks ago from Guess, I am kinda sad that i got it a little late in the season it would've been great to wear it all winter long. I paired it with a plain pair of high waited black jeans from Garage and a cream coloured mock neck from H&M. I am holding a black leather backpack from Spring love that its a micro backpack and its unusual shape makes it a really interesting piece.
