Only a couple of days left until new years! This is definitely my favourite outfit to wear on New Years because its tulle and sparkly! I am wearing a black overlay sheer dress from Forever 21, it was originally floor length but I cut it to be the same length as the tulle skirt I wore underneath. I used the excess to create a hair ribbon. Underneath I am wearing a black tulle skirt and a sheer black top. I kept the shoes simple and just wore a pair of black heels!
